SPINNERET
FILTERS |
One of the most critical components
in the manufacturing process of manmade fibers.
Our Company has specialized in
this field for many years. We have the discing and framing tools for
most of the usual inch and metric diameters. |
|
|
MONOMESH
FILTERS |
|
Single
layer of wire cloth, metal frame of stainless steel or aluminum, or
without frame. |
|
MULTIMESH
FILTERS |
|
Several
layers of wire cloth, metal frame of stainless steel or aluminum, nickel
plated copper or spot welded round the perimeter. |
|
PLYMESH
FILTERS |
|
Several
layers of wire cloth fused together by a special sintering and
calendaring process. |
|
SINTERED
STAINLESS STEEL FILTER MEDIA |
Manufactured
from a matrix of very fine stainless steel fibers. The matrix is
compressed and sintered into a thin layers with controlled filtration
characteristics.
This filter media will improve product yield and extend on-stream life,
let you use high production speeds even with low-grade polymers. |
|
RESISTANCE
WELDED TUBULAR/ CYLINDER CANDLE FILTERS |
|
Fine
wire mesh welded and made in Cylinder form for filtering of Lactum &
Polymer in polyester manufacturing process. |
|
FILTER
SHAPES |
|
Spinneret
filters can be: round (with or without center hole), kidney
shaped, rectangular, square, or of any other geometrical shape. |
|
CLEANLINESS |
|
This is one
of the most important factors where spinneret filters are concerned. The
fine mesh cloth used in our spinneret filters is cleaned from all
impurities and made "dead flat" by calendaring process. The
heavy support mesh is calendared to ensure longer life of the fragile
fine mesh cloth. All our spinneret filters with metal frame are
ultrasonically cleaned after manufacture to remove any metal particles
caused by the fabricating process. |
